📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential properties in Sanur, Bali, using tools like Google Maps and property listing websites.
• Conduct thorough inspections and valuations of properties to ensure they meet our clients' criteria.
• Negotiate deals and secure properties on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of property listings and updates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and appealing property descriptions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local property owners, agents, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes in the Sanur real estate sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Property Scout or similar role in the real estate industry, preferably in Sanur, Bali.
