📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist doctors and nurses with patient check-ins and check-outs
- Manage and update patient medical records using our in-house software
- Prepare and distribute patient information materials
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of the clinic's inventory
- Support the clinic's administrative tasks, including scheduling and billing
- Ensure the clinic adheres to health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare support role
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Certification in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus
