In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our padel academy, including scheduling, coaching, and member engagement. You will work closely with our team of coaches and staff to ensure that our academy is running smoothly and that our members are having a great experience. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing new programs and initiatives to grow our academy and attract new members.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the daily operations of the Padel Academy, including scheduling, coaching, and member engagement.
• Develop and implement new programs and initiatives to grow the academy and attract new members.
• Oversee the training and development of our team of coaches and staff.
• Ensure that the academy is adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with other departments within Tamora Group to ensure that the academy is integrated with the company's overall goals and strategies.
• Monitor and analyze academy performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Represent Tamora Group at industry events and conferences to promote the academy and the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports management, coaching, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and growing a sports academy.
• Strong knowledge of padel rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
