📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities for the company's fleet, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the daily operations of the motor pool, ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition and ready for use.
• Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance records using SAP and JDE.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle lifespan.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall business operations.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within budget and on schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance and operations management.
• Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities for a fleet of vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and JDE for maintenance management.
• Certification in fleet maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for vehicle maintenance and operations.
