In this role, you'll oversee a team of 5-7 sales promotion specialists, ensuring that our promotional strategies are executed flawlessly across all key locations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of sales promotion activities across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
Lead a team of 5-7 sales promotion specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement promotional strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce.
Collaborate with marketing and regional managers to ensure promotional campaigns align with business goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and promotional guidelines.
Manage budgets and resources allocated to sales promotion activities.
Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during promotional events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales promotion teams.
Strong knowledge of sales promotion tools and software, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Certification in Sales Promotion Management or a related field is a plus.
Experience working in the tourism or hospitality industry is a strong asset.
