Head of Area - Berau

Cimory Group is a leading consumer goods company in Indonesia, renowned for its innovative dairy and processed food products. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Area to lead our operations in Berau, Kalimantan Timur.

In this high-growth role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations in Berau, ensuring that we meet and exceed our sales targets and maintain the highest standards of quality and service. You will work closely with our regional management team and the corporate office to drive the company's strategic initiatives and achieve our vision of becoming the market leader in the consumer goods industry.

As the Head of Area, you will be based in Berau, Kalimantan Timur, and will report directly to the Regional Director. You will have the opportunity to lead a talented team and make a significant impact on the success of our operations in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Berau area, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and quality standards.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the Berau region.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and support staff, providing them with the training and resources they need to succeed.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Berau region.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local market and consumer trends, and use this knowledge to inform business decisions.
• Represent Cimory Group at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities, both locally and regionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the consumer goods industry, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and operational excellence.
• A strong understanding of the local market and consumer trends in the Berau region, as well as the broader consumer goods industry.
• A proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, and to manage and mentor a high-performing team.
• A strong understanding of the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
