🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart.
• Strong understanding of government digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-ACP, or similar) is a plus.
