📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement predictive models to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of predictive models through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and predictive analytics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Optimize predictive models for performance and scalability.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns that inform business strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in predictive modeling and data science.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
