📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and assess schools to understand their specific needs and challenges.
• Provide training and support on our Learning Management System (LMS) to teachers and students.
• Collaborate with our team of educators and data analysts to gather insights and implement strategies that enhance learning outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and parents.
• Create and deliver educational programs tailored to the needs of the schools we serve.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in education technology.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our educational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in education, either in a school setting or as an educator.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in using educational technology platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian education system and curriculum.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
