📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and customer service.,Lead and mentor the restaurant staff to ensure a positive work environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and health and safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
