Every day, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to designing and implementing employee engagement programs. You will use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Microsoft Teams to streamline your processes and ensure efficiency. With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering results, you will be a key contributor to our team's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
• Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the organization.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and address concerns.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Proven track record in recruiting and onboarding top talent.
• Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
