📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform detailed and thorough audits, including financial statement audits, internal controls reviews, and compliance audits.
• Prepare and present audit reports, including management letters and working papers, to clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to ensure efficient and effective audits.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and expertise.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations, and apply them in your audit practices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audit or accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or semi-senior role.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
