📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our La Marzocco espresso machines and Mahlkönig grinders.
• Maintain and clean our coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and brewing techniques.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to create and promote new coffee and food offerings.
• Ensure a clean and inviting workspace for customers.
• Handle cash transactions and customer payments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
