• Engage with prospective students and their families to explain our curriculum, facilities, and unique educational approach.
• Leverage your expertise in international education to address inquiries, provide guidance, and build relationships that foster trust and enthusiasm for our school.
• Work closely with partner schools and educational consultants to promote our school and its offerings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our admissions strategy, including marketing campaigns and recruitment events.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in international admissions.
• Represent our school at educational fairs, conferences, and other events to showcase our unique educational philosophy.
• Provide excellent customer service to families and partner schools, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international admissions, school counseling, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in student recruitment and admissions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as PowerSchool, Naviance, or similar platforms.
• Certification in international education or a related field is a plus.
