• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor strategic planning teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Report to the Board of Directors on strategic initiatives and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in strategic planning and management in the aerospace industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements in the aerospace sector.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software, such as IBM SPSS, SAS, or similar.
• Certification in strategic management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
