As a SPA Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless booking experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Manage and process guest bookings, including reservations, cancellations, and check-ins.,Provide information about spa services, treatments, and facilities to guests.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.,Assist with the organization and coordination of spa events and workshops.,Promote spa services and special offers to guests and the local community.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and guest facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in English, both spoken and written.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with spa and wellness services is a plus.
