📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure that all aspects of the store are running smoothly.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the store.,Monitor store performance and sales targets, and work with the regional manager to ensure that the store meets or exceeds expectations.,Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and managed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.,Work with the regional manager to develop and implement store improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
