📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of railway infrastructure projects.,Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Prepare and submit progress reports, technical documents, and other project-related reports.,Ensure health and safety compliance on site, and implement safety protocols and procedures.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in railway infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in railway infrastructure projects, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering railway infrastructure projects.,Strong knowledge of railway engineering principles, standards, and regulations.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
