Toko Jaya Bakery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record in financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and training.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
