📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promoting and selling beauty products to customers in the local market.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets and quotas.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales data.
  • Attending trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products.
  • Providing training and support to junior sales team members.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
