In this role, you'll be responsible for hosting padel matches, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time. You'll need to have a strong understanding of the game, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for padel. This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Hosting and managing padel matches, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction
• Promoting our club and the sport of padel to both locals and tourists
• Assisting with club operations, including maintenance and organization of equipment
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns our guests may have
• Participating in team meetings and events, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
• Upholding the values and standards of Tamora Group, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests
• Continuously improving your skills and knowledge of padel, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry
• Representing Tamora Group and our club at local and regional events, promoting our brand and values

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a padel player or in a related role
• Strong understanding of the rules and strategies of padel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
• Enthusiasm and passion for the sport of padel and the hospitality industry
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle
