📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.Ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Documenting patient records accurately and maintaining patient confidentiality.Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.Participating in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Responding to emergencies and providing immediate care as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a similar healthcare setting.Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.🛠️ Keahlian
