📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining patient records.
  • Assisting with patient education and providing information about their health conditions and treatments.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuous education programs.
  • Adhering to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Promoting a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse (S1/S2) with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Commitment to providing quality patient care.
