📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist clients with language-related tasks and provide translations when needed.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and our team.
  • Support clients in understanding and navigating business processes.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling client meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience working in a business or consulting environment is a plus.
