📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control process to ensure products meet established standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address issues.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior QC staff to maintain high quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.,Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.,Continuously improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant quality management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
