Agung Dewi Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Sunter, Jakarta. As the Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cash handling, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiers to ensure accurate and efficient cash handling.,Oversee daily cash deposits and reconcile cash drawer balances.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Train and mentor junior cashiers.,Monitor and maintain cash handling procedures to prevent theft or loss.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.,Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and security measures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register software.,Proven ability to train and mentor staff.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
