In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing financial reports to support our business operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and maintaining the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensuring the accuracy of financial data and providing financial reports to support business decisions.,Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.,Overseeing the work of junior bookkeepers and providing guidance and training as needed.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.,Maintaining and updating financial systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant financial regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both team members and senior management.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
