📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure the timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to the management team to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize the company's financial performance.,Monitor and manage the company's budget, ensuring it is aligned with the overall business strategy.,Provide financial training and development opportunities for the accounting team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and management.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.
