Apotek Bimo Kebab is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our pharmacy, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the pharmacy, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage the relationship with external auditors and ensure timely submission of financial documents.
  • Train and supervise junior accountants and staff.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and costs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
