Hotel Putri Bakso is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Training Officer to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. As a Junior Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs for our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing staff members.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements where necessary.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
