In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, assisting in sourcing and screening candidates, and contributing to building a strong talent pipeline. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Support the recruitment team in coordinating interviews and scheduling.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide feedback.,Collaborate with the hiring manager to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English is a plus.
