Depot Nanda Fried Chicken is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the business towards its goals. This is a full-time position located in Serang, Banten. The salary range for this role is Rp 12.000.000 – Rp 20.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any complaints or concerns.,Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure the restaurant has the necessary supplies.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive the growth of the restaurant.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Proficient in using computer software and technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
