Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry,Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare facilities,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
