📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing information about our products and services.,Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in the training and development of new sales staff.,Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Enthusiasm and passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
