📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all cost accounting operations, including inventory valuation, cost allocation, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations.
• Manage financial data using SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
• Certification in Cost Accounting (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
