As a Corporate Legal Coordinator/Executive, you'll manage legal documentation, contract negotiations, and compliance tasks, ensuring smooth operations for our clients. You'll work closely with legal teams, leveraging tools like Clio and DocuSign to streamline processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain legal documentation and records using Clio and other legal management software.
• Assist in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
• Support legal teams in case management and litigation support, including document preparation and filing.
• Conduct legal research and provide support in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.
• Assist in compliance activities, including monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate legal support.
• Prepare and present legal reports and analyses to management and clients.
• Stay updated with legal trends and developments in the semiconductor and manufacturing industries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment.
• Proficient in using legal management software such as Clio, DocuSign, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international corporate law, with a focus on the semiconductor and manufacturing industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with legal teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with legal research techniques and databases.
• Ability to travel as required, including to Bali and other locations.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
