📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance.,Process customer orders accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.,Assist in inventory management, including restocking and monitoring supplies.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Stay updated with coffee trends and techniques to enhance the quality of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the coffee industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
