In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and supporting the recruitment team in achieving their goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection,Source and screen potential candidates for various roles within the hotel,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs,Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records,Assist in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates,Support the recruitment team in achieving their monthly and annual targets,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills
