📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring high engagement and participation.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and impact on employee performance.,Manage the training and development budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on employee skills enhancement.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and methodologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including department heads and employees.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.
