Quick Bold Jaya is looking for a highly experienced Senior Operational Manager to join our dynamic team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including production, logistics, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Lead and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operational management role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.
