📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in our manufacturing operations
• Support the engineering team in the design and prototyping of new products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and timelines
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment
• Document and report on manufacturing processes, findings, and recommendations
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies through continuous learning and professional development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong academic background with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other CAD software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
