📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of lab technicians, ensuring they adhere to standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes to ensure consistency and quality.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Manage laboratory equipment and inventory, ensuring they are well-maintained and available for use.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of laboratory results into broader business processes.,Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Identify and resolve laboratory issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a proven track record in leading and managing lab teams.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment, including but not limited to, PCR, DNA sequencing, and cell culture.,Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and data management systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, GLP, or GMP).
