📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer needs.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor sales performance and report to the senior management.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
