PT Otoman Cakrawala is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Distribution Officer to join our team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely, providing a flexible work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and distribution, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.,Analyze distribution data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and distribution.,Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be able to work in a hybrid setting (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
