As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and driving performance improvement initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to achieve branch targets and goals.,Monitor branch performance and implement improvement strategies.,Manage branch staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other branches to share best practices and knowledge.,Ensure branch finances are accurately recorded and reported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software and financial management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in managing branch operations and staff is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
